Meet Lina Capovilla

Clinical Nutritionist & Naturopath

I’m a clinical Naturopath and Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping women get to the bottom of complex, unresolved health concerns.

My work combines evidence-based natural medicine, functional and conventional testing, and personalised treatment strategies that are practical, targeted and tailored to the individual.

A Personal Perspective

My work is shaped by my own experience with ongoing health challenges.

I’ve navigated fatigue, digestive issues, food sensitivities, stress, insomnia, and hormonal imbalances — and understand how frustrating it can be when answers aren’t clear.

Through nutritional and naturopathic medicine, I was able to restore my health in a meaningful and lasting way. That experience now underpins how I practice.

I don’t see symptoms as random — I see them as signals.
When we understand what your body is responding to, we can begin to correct it.

  • After experiencing ongoing digestive issues with little answers, I was eventually diagnosed with some food intolerances of which little was understood. So started my journey into research and education with me landing in natural medicne.

  • In clinic, I combine:

    • Advanced functional and pathology testing

    • Evidence-based nutrition and supplementation

    • Targeted herbal medicine

    • Practical, sustainable lifestyle strategies

The goal is always clarity — understanding what’s driving your symptoms — and creating a plan that is effective, realistic, and designed for long-term results.

I continually invest in further training to ensure my clinical approach reflects the latest research, testing methods, and emerging therapies.
