World’s best Healthy Banana Cake

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups almond meal
3 large bananas puréed
1⁄2 Cup coconut oil
11⁄2 Cups shredded coconut
1⁄4 Cup maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 tsp bicarbonate
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt - Himalayan or sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mixallwetingredientswell
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add more coconut oil if required

4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
5. Grease all sides of tins & Line cake/loaf or muffin tins with baking paper
6. Cook on 180d egrees for 45-60mins. Less for muffins
7. Slice, put into toaster& serve with butter&a sprinkle of salt.
